研究方向:

 

1.发展核磁方法,重点关注顺磁核磁的原子分子探针开发,更好表征蛋白质、RNA等生物大分子的动态结构和瞬态相互作用

2.发展整合结构生物学的计算方法,联合运用小角散射、单分子荧光、质谱交联等技术,发展质谱交联数据的定量优化方法

3.研究化学修饰对生物大分子动态结构的调控作用,重点关注泛素的磷酸化及 RNA的m6A甲基化的影响
