研究方向:
尹玉新团队多年来一直从事肿瘤发生机理的研究,主要关注抑癌基因PTEN及其家族在DNA复制与基因组稳定性、肿瘤代谢与肿瘤免疫中的作用。尹玉新教授对p53 和PTEN 两个重要抗癌基因进行了系统性和创造性研究,为揭示肿瘤发生发展的机理做出了重大贡献。在肿瘤免疫方面,发现了免疫防御的调控机理,为肿瘤免疫确定了新方向。尹玉新团队还致力于肿瘤的早期诊断,最近开发出人工智能辅助的早期肿瘤代谢检测方法,可用于癌症的大规模早期筛查。
